Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM)
During PLASTINDIA show in New Delhi, India

Plastics Export Promotion Council (PLEXCONCIL) is organizing a Reverse Buyer Seller Meet (RBSM) during PLASTINDIA 2023 exhibition scheduled to be held in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi, India from 1-5 February 2023. This RBSM is being organized with support from the Department of Commerce, Government of India under Market Access Initiative (MAI) Scheme.
Objective of the RBSM: The basic objective for organizing the RBSM during PlastIndia show is to invite potential overseas buyers of plastic products/machinery & mold to India. This event will facilitate the International buyers to meet the Indian Manufacturers/Exporters for sourcing products from India and also to establish marketing tie-ups and explore business collaborations. The PlastIndia trade fair will portray & showcase ‘Atmanirbhar Bharat’- Vision of new India as envisioned by India’s Hon’ble Prime Minister. The plastics industry in India has developed and diversified significantly since its inception & now it has become one of the leading sectors and significant contributor to the Indian economy. In the FY 2021-22, India’s export of plastic goods stood at USD 13.35 billion.

Travel and Accommodation Offert to Foreign Delegates Attending Reverse Buyer Seller Meet at Plastindia 2023, New Delhi
- E-tickets (Full/Partial) to and fro Economy Class (Details attached).
- Hotel Accommodation for 2 nights
- All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) will be provided by the organizer.
- Local airport transfers (group airport pickup/drop and daily shuttle service from hotel to exhibition venue and back).

Terms and Conditions:
Foreign Delegates attending the meet must not be Indian Passport Holders.
E-ticket or reimbursement will be provided from the capital city of the respective country to New Delhi.
In some case, organizer will cover part of the air fare (reimbursement will be done against the copy of the air tickets mentioning the fare amount in USD, copy of the receipt indicating the amount paid, Stamp of the Immigration upon entry, Visa copy, Copy of the front and the last page of passport)
Airfares will be provided/ reimbursed as per the following:
Latin America + Africa: Maximum Reimbursement of USD 1000 or Air Ticket Amount, whichever is lower.
SAARC: Maximum Reimbursement up to of USD 500 or the air ticket amount, whichever is lower.
Excluding above continents/Region/Countries: Maximum Reimbursement up to of USD 650 or the air ticket amount, whichever is lower.
It is mandatory for all the foreign delegates to attend the BSM & Trade Show.
Selection of the buyers will be subject to approval of Selection committee.
